Hi Juliet and team,

Thank your for enquiring with PODIUM to assist with your social media management. This proposal is based on the effective use of your £250-300 monthly budget.

We want to be as direct and as intentional as possible with this. Our plan would be develop a simple strategy alongside your key events to ensure CCFs public voice is amplified across social networks with consistent information for members and prospective members of the fellowship.

I’ve outline a proposed process for this below so we’re clear about direction and expectations.

Process

  1. Social Media Plan: We will have an active Google Sheet with upcoming key communications (such as events, prayer points etc). PODIUM create assets for these and publish in accordance to the timeline (ahead of events to promote them and post event information). This will have captions and links to graphics, dates for implementation and you will have access to this to review media.

  2. Monthly Call: We will catch up on what has been done, needs to be done and things to be aware of. Typically 30 minutes in length.

  3. Content projection: We’re aiming to produce one content piece per week, distributed across all CCF Communication platforms. This will be explained further in our strategy.

  4. KPI: What does success look like? Given the focused budget, success here is continuity - regular updates across platforms that demonstrate the CCF is active and the vision is clear.

  5. Dates: We can start immediately - in May we would create the strtagey and begin posting once we’re granted access to your social media. We would also provide a contract outlining our use of your social media and our ongoing agreement.

  6. Invoicing: Invoicing would be either quarterly or every month - which ever you prefer.

Additional Services

  1. Photography - Should you need photography of events or campaigns we can provide quotes for this or see if we can assist pro bono.

  2. Video - As per photography, we’re happy to quote or see how we may be able to assist with these services. .

Next Steps

If you’d like to proceed these would be the next steps.

  1. We provide the contracts & invoice to commence

  2. You then provide the logins to the social media accounts so we can audit them.

  3. Strategy and content plan developed and signed off by CCF

  4. PODIUM begin posting and content delivery on your behalf

  5. Meetings begin to ensure we’re on track
